ummm... sorry, but u just said yes and no in one post. Will i be able to take the weight off at the competition if they don't allow me adding weight? And if i have to will they take points off for a rule violation(if it is one)?

Probably very similar to what it is this year. Perhaps there will be some changes to the dimensions, beyond that I can't see very many changes happening. I guess you never know, but I can't think of anything they could do that would change the event by an appreciable amount.

You underestimate the creativity of us on the rules committee;) We're currently looking at some fundamental changes that include multiple counterweights and multiple projectiles types.
