Can anybody get anything about XIAP to open? I don't know if it is really not up there or if my computer is being stupid.

From what I can tell, none of their XIAP links are active yet, except for the link to the "One in a billion" documentary.

OK, I just had a minor heart attack. Have you seen this year's pre-build? It is really scary.
EDIT: It isn't as bad as I thought at first. We are only building two of the six chains.

At the NY state competition, there's already a clarification that it will be a 2 person event.
*DISCLAIMER: This is only for New York as of now - it seems that regionals (if they run it) will be 3 people.
2010: 5th in NYS
2011: 4th in NYS
2012: 3rd in NYS

I hope they don't go national with this adaptation- I've done this event with two people, but it is much more difficult. Even if the third person has no experience with this event, they can help with holding and construction of the on-site build- an extra pair of hands is always welcome.
