Also please note the details that were posted along with the scoresheets ( http://ced.osu.edu/scioly/index.html ):
"PLEASE NOTE: Division C Towers was switched to a trial event due to a scheduling error that prevented some teams from competing. Individual medals were awarded, but the event did not count towards the team total. Division C Wind Power was scored only on the written test due to technical issues with the experimental setup portion of the event."
Finally, those PDFs are a printout from the Excel based scoring system I've developed over the years and are now in use in several states. If you run a tournament, you might consider taking a look at it and using it in the future. Solon had a Piano for their bass instrument. It used metal pipes in place of strings but basically looked like a piano.
